Project Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of door installations and deliveries, meeting both customer and business expectations. Additionally, the role involves providing field support to installation, service, and sales teams, along with managing branch inventory.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Management of all site related subjects and coordination with the back office, site and client
• Relationship management with internal team, clients and subcontractors
• Coordination of subject matter experts with respect to the technical aspect of our product
• Acting as a conduit to receive and provide technical advice to installers and technicians on process, methodology, theory and practice
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met

YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for someone who loves getting involved in every facet of business support and thrives owning the end-to-end project functions, improving processes where they see potential, ensuring the business runs smoothly and enjoys interacting with clients.

• Prior experience within a similar role and/or broad knowledge of partition garage doors will be highly beneficial
• A demonstrated knowledge of project management principals
• Solid communication and organisation skills
• Leadership skills and the confidence to motivate, monitor and lead a team
